Residents of Brecknock Township, Lancaster County, are eligible to participate in the Yard Waste Recycling Facility located in Terre Hill Borough.  A yearly permit fee can be purchase at the Terre Hill Borough Office.  These permits are good for a calendar year (Jan-Dec).  Please contact the Borough Office with any additional questions.
