A Plan for the Region

Brecknock Township, Earl Township, East Earl Township, Caernarvon Township, and Terre Hill Borough are working together with the Lancaster County Planning Department and other partners to create a new comprehensive plan for Eastern Lancaster County. This plan will follow the same structure as the Lancaster County comprehensive plan called places2040.
